1. Exchange policy:
a. Exchange will be allowed if it is mentioned at the time delivery (e.g. – not same as size, color etc as given order) and additional delivery cost will be applied.
b. Hair product Exchange will be allowed if product not made trial (e.g. – not same as size, color etc as given order) & if it’s mentioned at the time of delivery. In this case additional delivery cost will be applied.
c. If damaged product is delivered it will be exchanged without additional cost and if it is mentioned at the time delivery.
d. If customer gave request within 24 hour to exchange the product (except hair products) it will be processed if desired product available, in this case extra fees will be applicable. But if the desired product not available then customer would wait till next availability.
e. If anyone confirm booking any hair product then it will no be exchange or not to be canceled. If anyone wants to cancel that order ( before or after delivery time), booking money will be non refundable. Only if he/she exchange the product in same category then booking money will be merged.
f. Pre ordered product cant be returned which made upon order after getting advance.
g. If anyone can proof that pre ordered product is not same color, same weight, same quality as described then it will be exchanged without any cost. No excuse will be entertained is this regards.
2.Return Policy :
a. Return will be allowed if it is mentioned at the time delivery & only if damaged product is delivered. No delivery cost will be applied. (Except hair product),
.b. Hair product Return will be allowed if product not made trial and only if products are not same as size, color etc as given order or damaged product .And if it’s mentioned at the time of delivery. In this case delivery cost will be applied.
c. No return will be entertained after receiving the product. & if
—– Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
— Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.
d. Pre ordered product cant be returned which made upon order after getting advance.
3. Refund Policy :
a. If any of the products found stock out after receiving the payment customer will be notified & refund will be issued to the same way of completed payment. Refund will be completed within 7 working days.
b. For the guaranteed products, if applicable the refund/ new product customer will get refund within 7 working days after giving the request or he/she will get new product accordingly.
c. If any dispute occurred at the time of payment for any kind of system failure, requires any refund, it be done maximum within 10 Days after our acknowledgement.
d. Refund requests will be processed under mentioned situation:
a. Unable to serve with any product.
b. Customer returns any product without making trial.
